Sol Collective hosts a pop up yoga experience at the Hard Rock Hotel in the Gaslamp Quarter. Their Journey into Power is a heated power vinyasa yoga class that is designed to be challenging but is open to all levels. After class, head to Liquid Sunshine Summer Day Club for an afternoon at Hard Rock’s ultimate pool experience. Sol Collective also has a new studio coming to the East Village so be sure to stay updated with their progress if you live in the area!

All-levels are welcome to the slow flow Vinyasa class taught by Kelly Wesseln, held at the stunning L’Auberge Resort in Del Mar. You’ll be greeted by ocean views, fresh air and a calm environment to practice in.

Join Heather Gjerde of Vintantra at this beautiful bayside resort for yoga with a view. Heather has been teaching yoga here since 2018 and launched their yoga program. This class is open to all ages and abilities. You can also host private events at Paradise Point like birthday parties and bachelorette parties.
When: Friday and Saturday mornings 10:00am to 11:00am

Prepare for deep relaxation with this all-levels class held on the beautiful patio of Rancho Bernardo Inn. Mello Yoga hosts the classes here; you can expect elements like gentle sequences, breath work, silent meditation, and guided relaxation.
When: Saturday and Sunday mornings 9:00am to 10:00am
Just under 2 hours from the city is the desert town of Borrego Springs. Most visitors enjoy the miles of hiking trails through the remote slot canyons but it’s also a wonderful place to go for a relaxing getaway. La Casa del Zorro is a popular resort that offers casitas, an on-site restaurant, stargazing, multiple pools, and of course, yoga. The weekly classes are taught by Paul of Yoga Santosha on the covered Shuffleboard court.
