💙ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME: You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and to modify as needed to stay true to yourself and your practice.
💙CLASS ITINERARY:
10:00 am~ Class begins.
11:00-11:15 am~ Crystal Singing bowl meditation.
💙WHAT TO BRING:
*Yoga mat or large towel.
*Sunscreen.
*Water.
💛Class Fee = $15 CASH preferred, or Venmo
