Yoga in the Park (For all levels!)

An hour long yoga class for all levels. I offer modifications in every class which make each pose accessible. Whether you’re feeling stiff from a desk job or sore from marathon training, the classes aim to work on flexibilty, mobility and strength to ease any aches and pains. Look forward to seeing you in class!
Please bring a mat, some water, and maybe some cover from the sun in savasana.
