Yoga @ Balboa Park w/ Live Music

ALL Levels Welcome!! Come Join The OM Experience EVERY Sunday at 11am and Wednesdays at 6pm in Balboa Park, San Diego. We are a joyful community that enjoys nature, live music and the beautiful outdoors. Led Olivia and Matthew, this 1 hour Vinyasa Flow is accompanied by Live Music. Donation Based. – We meet to the left (north) side of the bridge on 6th and Laurel St, under a BIG tree
– This is an outdoors open air one-hour session, surrounded by trees and grasses.
– All levels are welcome. you may use a mat, a beach towel, or simply connect to the natural grass
– Generally this is a no-host event. It’s just between you and the Yoga instructor.

There are plenty of free street parking available along 6th Ave and Balboa Dr.
