Please join me this Saturday for a *Special edition of Yoga at The Beach* at La Jolla Cove’s Cuvier Park with dramatic views of the cove!💎
💛WHAT TO EXPECT: An all-levels vinyasa style flow format that weaves breath with movement. **All mats will be at least 6 feet apart.😷
💛ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME: You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and to modify as needed to stay true to yourself and your practice.

💲CLASS FEE = $10 PAYABLE IN CASH BEFORE CLASS.

9:00 am~ Class begins.
10:00-10:15~ Crystal Singing bowl meditation with optional aromatherapy.

*Yoga mat or large towel.
*Sunscreen.
*Water.
