Winter Solstice Potluck (+ Bonfire!)

**Hey cannayoga fam!** Join me for a fun holiday-themed plant medicine session + bonfire event – followed by a group potluck! **Bring your favorite Christmas-themed dish** or **plant medicine to share** and celebrate the vibe tribe’s **monthly potluck event**!
My yoga class is curated for **all yogis**, no matter where you’re at in your practice. We will move through mindful movements and gratitude prayers in-between and during your flow.
A **brief breathwork** practice will take place before our physical asana practice, which will include alternate nostril-breathing and mantras. Cannabis consumption is encouraged at the beginning of the practice.
