💙WHAT TO EXPECT: An all-levels vinyasa style flow format that weaves breath with movement. **All mats will be at least 6 feet apart.

💙ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME: You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and to modify as needed to stay true to yourself and your practice.

💙ITINERARY:
10:00-10:45 am~ Class begins.
10:45-11:15 am~ Crystal Singing bowl meditation with optional aromatherapy.
