I invite you to gather with us on the bluff overlooking La Jolla’s world famous Children’s Pool for a chill, and soulful ALL LEVELS vinyasa yoga practice that will leave you feeling A M A Z I N G!

💙WHAT TO EXPECT: An all-levels vinyasa style flow format that weaves breath with movement. **All mats will be at least 6 feet apart.😷

💙ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME: You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and to modify as needed to stay true to yourself and your practice.
