Beloved yogis.
I invite you to gather with us at Crown Point Shores every Wednesday for a chill, and soulful ALL LEVELS vinyasa yoga practice that will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
💙WHAT TO EXPECT: An all-levels vinyasa style flow format that weaves breath with movement. **All mats will be at least 6 feet apart.😷
💙ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME: You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and to modify as needed to stay true to yourself and your practice.

💲DONATION is $10, though NO ONE WILL BE TURNED AWAY due to lack of funds.

*Yoga mat or large towel.
