Free Yoga at Telecote Shores

Come along to a Free breath and movement yoga class at Telecote Shores North Park. Taught by military veteran Yogis with 500-hour certification in trauma-sensitice yoga. You’ll learn to listen to your body, feel and regulate your breath, and honor your spirit. All levels are welcome. Those with experience are encouraged to come with an open heart and mind. Please bring a mat and we look forward to meeting you.
