Yoga at the Park

Come join Sunday yoga for an hour long class that will have you skipping away with a smile on your face. The class is for all levels and will address the entire body. Modifications will be offered to make each pose accessible. Please feel free to bring any friends. Look forward to seeing you there!
Please bring a mat, some water, and maybe some cover from the sun in savasana.
