Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is comprised of a series of floor stretches designed to loosen the joints and create more flexibility in the hips, hamstrings, chest and shoulders. Stretches are passive and held from 2-5 minutes. Ending with a long Savasana, Yin Yoga is extremely relaxing and highly effective at increasing range of motion in the joints.
