Virtual: Yoga Stretch, Strength & Balance

Practice classical yoga movements that strengthen the body. Must be able to transition easily from floor to standing and be on hands and knees. This class will be more like the Level 1&2 classes at other Studios. Please practice at your safest pace, feeling free to come out of a pose earlier than the teacher or modify at any time.
