MBS: Mind, Body, and Spirit
Therapeutic: Doable, highly effective poses to release tension, stretch and gently build strength. Diane came from a very traditional yoga training and fitness background. She is a senior teacher and yoga therapist, and has beautifully incorporated MIMSY-Meditation in Movement Soft Yoga principles and poses into her unique beginner-mild level classes, and teaches with a sense of lightness and humor.
12:30 pm – Classes typically begin seated.
4:00 pm – Class typically begins lying down.
Doable for anyone who can sit on the floor and stand. Modifications are given and props are used for support.
