Virtual-Strong and Stable Hatha

This is a LIVE ZOOM class. A LINK to join will be sent with your reservation confirmation. Please enter room 15-10 minutes before class and let the teacher know what part of your body is calling out for attention.Using traditionally practiced asanas with fun variations, the physical theme for this class is joint mobility, strength and stability. Single leg standing (with support), and other balancing poses are offered to bring deep focus to the importance of breath awareness into sometimes challenging poses.

Props are often a part of this practice. As with all AGW classes, a variety of modifications are offered for comfort and ease.

Moderate-Semi-Active Level class: Students should be able to easily transition from seated to hands and knees to standing poses, or know how to modify appropriately for themselves.
