Virtual: Sacred Sunday – 3 Part Class – See Description For Details

Take all or part of this long, delicious class:
10:30 am: Release & Open
Breath, Mindfulness, Gentle Stretch, Awakening & Release
MIMSY-Meditation in Movement Soft Yoga on the floor.
(Very gentle -Doable for anyone who can lie and sit on the floor.)

11:30 am: Moving Mindfully Into Classical Asana
Soft & Strong
Now that our body is relaxed, open, and integrated with breath and meditation we play with a variety of seated, standing, and 4-legged poses, and breath techniques.

12:30 am – 1:00 pm: Deep Relaxation & Remembering
Restorative Yoga, Philosophy, Breath, Savasana or Meditation. Each week this will vary.
(Prop supported poses and stillness – very advanced for those with chaotic minds!)

You are welcome to enter and leave as you please in this class. Just make sure you are muted when you enter the Zoom room.

If you choose to take all 2.5 hours you will notice a deepening of your yoga body, mind, breath and spirit practice. Notice what comes up, and what you are able to let go of when you truly dive into a long yoga practice.
