Virtual: MIMSY- Soft Yoga Mix

MIMSY-Meditation in Movement Soft Yoga is our Founders trademarked style. MIMSY is unique in that it takes you first into a state of deep relaxation and breath focus with simple movements that release tension away from the body, getting your body ready to stretch deeply and safely, at the level that is best for you. We slowly work from the floor up to common classical poses. Different poses are featured each week. We explore different variations of these poses.
Group chatting is done before class – not after so, students may silently leave or continue their own meditation or more physical asana practice. Classes are longer because of the relaxation, meditation, and breath focus at the beginning and the end. Once we get relaxed and connected to our breath, many of us go into such a deep state that we are simply not ready to end our practice after 90 minutes! You may enter or leave this class at any time without disturbing others.
