Virtual: Joyful Slow Flow

This is a LIVE ZOOM class. A LINK to join will be sent with your reservation confirmation. Please enter room 15-10 minutes before class and let the teacher know what part of your body is calling out for attention.
Kathy has a wonderful light-hearted way of combining yoga philosophy with classical yoga poses, and a loving way of encouraging you to play with the poses at whatever level works for you.

Just show up and breathe with us. Practice at your own pace. It is not how much you do, but how much you connect with your breath and your body’s ability to move or modify what you need to practice joyfully and safely.

Moderate to Semi-Active Poses. Students need to be able to easily transition from floor, seated, kneeling, and standing poses.
