This is a LIVE ZOOM class. A LINK to join will be sent with your reservation confirmation. Please enter room 15-10 minutes before class and let the teacher know what part of your body is calling out for attention.
A fun, back-to-basics class in which we’ll break down one key pose each week, & help you prepare to execute it safely & confidently by the end of class! We also will learn different breath techniques (pranayama), mudras (hand positions), & inspiring mantras (affirmations, intentions) to allow you the full yoga experience beyond the poses (asana).
Mild-Moderate Level: Students need the ability to easily move from lying down, to floor seated, knees, to standing poses.
