Longer-held poses – less talk.

Breath = The secret to everything!
Restorative = Props are used to support the body and posses. Fewer movements or poses, more diving into the pose, your body, and your breath.
Yin = Fewer poses help longer so you are able to dive deep within.
This class is considered “advanced” not because of the asana, but because of the quiet and inner peace we practice bringing forth. For many, this will be your most advanced yoga journey, but this is where all the physical yoga asanas are meant to lead you. To stillness, to quiet meditation.

All Levels: All poses will be modified based on students’ abilities when needed.
Props Needed: All poses will be supported with bolsters, blankets, pillows, blocks, walls, chairs, etc. To help you gather the right props please arrive 10-minutes before class. Many household items can be used instead of yoga bolsters.

This class may continue after the hour, ending with the body harmonizing the sound of a Tibetan Bowl and Meditation or Yoga Nidra. You are always welcome to leave at any time.

This class will close silently, so that you may continue with your own practice without being disturbed by a formal closing.
