Aalamba Yoga (AGW trademarked style) uses chairs, walls, yoga props, (or things around your house) to deepen your yoga experience while stretching, strengthening, and balancing your body and mind.
New to Yoga? Learn how to practice classical poses safely and effectively in this class.
This is a very doable class for all levels of new students. It will be a deeper-slower expression of yoga for the flexible and experienced yoga student. You may find muscles and feel energy centers you didn’t realize you had! You may learn how to build strength and flexibility in a new, safer way.
