Vagal Vibration

During Vagus Vibration you’ll learn new techniques to tone your vagus nerve. Our vagus nerve is responsible for sending signals to all our major organs and controls our parasympathetic (rest & digest) response. Developing a higher vagal tone helps elevate mood, reduces anxiety and improves digestion. Techniques will vary class to class, but can include: gentle breath work, humming, chanting, and self massage.

All classes will begin with gentle movement and end with a relaxing sound bath to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and help you achieve deeper relaxation. Bring a blanket, pillow, eye cover, or anything you need to feel your coziest!
