Move & Meditate

This all levels class allows yogis to explore vinyasa yoga as an expression of a moving meditation. In this type of practice, the asana postures are linked together in a continuous and creative movement that combines strength and flexibility while toning the body and clearing the mind. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace and to listen to their body as they explore their own edge and rediscover their inner peace through this practice of flowing into mindfulness.
Each class will also offer the opportunity to experience a different variation on what “meditation” can be, so that you might find the modality that works best for you to be able to reconnect to your own inner space of calm and peace.
