Cut out the gym time and get fit with our FlowLIFT classes! This workout was designed by Carolina and Amanda using light ankle and hand weights. Get strong, tone up, and get your cardio in all in just 45-minutes. This is NOT a yoga class – it’s a full body workout with loud music and the room is heated to 83 degrees, so please bring a towel and be prepared to sweat.
