Embodiment Flow for Emotional Digestion

Let’s be real. This human experience can be a lot to digest.

Many of us don’t have a “digestive tract” to process all our feelings & emotions. We just weren’t taught these things in school…

The reality is, if we’re mostly up in our minds, we’re more likely to react to things. That’s why embodiment is so important to practice– it gets us in touch with our felt sense & expands our capacity to *respond*.

Instead of distracting ourselves on our phones, numbing ourselves with substances, emotional-eating, or needing to always be busy, we can actually witness what’s alive for us and move through it with embodiment.

Let’s come together and **practice an embodiment flow that will show you simple ways to drop deeper into your body & process any experience.**

We will integrate **breath, sound, movement, touch, and connection** to be here now with what is present.
